About

Keith Hickman is a recently certified Intercultural Development Inventory® Qualified Administrator and Vice President for Partnerships at the International Institute for Restorative Practices (IIRP Graduate School). He brings decades of experience advancing restorative practices, intercultural development, and systems change across education, justice, and community settings. Keith also co-chairs IIRP’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Competency Development Committee. Working alongside fellow committee members, he is helping embed the IDI’s individual and group development processes into an institution-wide systems-change strategy designed to strengthen IIRP’s restorative practice and justice climate and culture. He has advised national and regional initiatives focused on educational equity, restorative justice, and community well-being. His work has engaged schools, law enforcement agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community leaders throughout the United States and internationally. He previously served as co-chair of the Kentucky Bounce Coalition and currently serves as a trustee of Inflexion. Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology of Human Development from Antioch College and a Master of Science in Restorative Practices from the IIRP Graduate School. As an IDI Qualified Administrator, he supports individuals and organizations in developing greater intercultural awareness, strengthening relationships across differences, and translating insight into meaningful action.
