Hi! I am Chuefeng (pronounced choofang). I use she/her/hers pronouns. I am a Qualified Administrator of the IDI with 12 years of background experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, social justice, and facilitation and training. I have used the IDI with previous organizations like Planned Parenthood, to guide organizational change, create DEI professional development opportunities, and to coach all levels of staff (including C-Suite). I take an empathetic, humanistic approach and believe that with the right tools, everyone is capable of growth.
