I am a higher education leader, educator, and IDI Qualified Administrator serving as Dean for Equity and Belonging at St. Catherine University in St. Paul, Minnesota. As a political scientist and a graduate of Howard University, I bring a perspective grounded in leadership, equity, and community engagement.
My approach to intercultural development is relational, reflective, restortative and practical. I help individuals and organizations explore how their experiences shape their perspectives, navigate differences with curiosity, and translate learning into meaningful action. I am especially interested in supporting educators, leaders, and teams as they strengthen intercultural understanding and build communities where people feel valued and connected.
