About
I’m an educational leader based in Mumbai, India, with a background in leadership, coaching, curriculum, and professional learning. My work spans teaching and learning across a PreK–Grade 12 international school, along with co-leading a Diversity in Hiring working group. I design and facilitate learning for adults in many roles. As a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), I work with individuals, teams, and organisations to understand how they engage with cultural difference and to build practical plans for growing intercultural competence. I’m particularly interested in how that growth shows up in the everyday: how people hire, lead, collaborate, and make decisions together across cultures.
