About

I'm Dr. Fabiola Mora, an equity-centered leader, educator, and consultant passionate about helping people and organizations better understand themselves, navigate differences, and build more inclusive environments. With more than 15 years of experience across higher education and public service, I bring expertise in intercultural development, inclusive leadership, organizational change, and equity-focused assessment. I currently serve as the Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility at Denver Public Library, where I lead strategies to strengthen organizational culture, leadership practices, and equitable access. My approach is grounded in curiosity, reflection, and the belief that meaningful growth happens when we are willing to challenge our assumptions and learn from one another. Through the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI), I partner with individuals, teams, and organizations to explore how they engage across cultural differences, identify opportunities for growth, and develop practical strategies for strengthening intercultural competence. Whether you're beginning your intercultural development journey or looking to deepen your team's capacity, I strive to create a welcoming, thoughtful, and engaging experience that moves beyond awareness toward meaningful and lasting change.
